    Nine-step builder or a call. Switchboard photo beats a novel.

  2. 02

    Same-morning call

    Lachlan or the crew — not a call centre. After 5 pm we ring at 7:30 am.

  3. 03

    Roof + board, 45 min

    Shading, structure, the switchboard. Both decision-makers if it is a joint account.

  4. 04

    Written price, one business day

    STCs assigned. Board as its own line. Vic or NSW path, not a portal homework sheet.

  5. 05

    Deposit, then install

    Typical 10% to lock stock. Our electricians. One to two days on a standard house.

  6. 06

    CoES, then we stay on the phone

    Certificate of Electrical Safety, monitoring if you want it. Lifetime workmanship on the labour.
