What we collect
When you use the quote builder, the contact form, or the farm intake form, we collect what you type in: name, mobile number, email, address or town, and any job notes. If you upload a switchboard photo, roof photo or a power bill in the solar builder, we collect that file too. We do not collect anything from you before you start typing — there is no tracking pixel or analytics script on this site as of the date above.
Why we collect it
To quote, schedule and deliver electrical, solar, battery and air-conditioning work — nothing else. A phone photo of your switchboard means we don't waste a Saturday discovering ceramic fuses on site. Your address and job notes go into the same quote a person reads before calling you back, usually the same morning.
How your enquiry reaches us
Every form on this site submits through Formspree, a third-party form-processing service, which forwards it to our inbox by email. Formspree handles the delivery; we don't run our own server storing form submissions beyond that. Who we share it with
We do not sell your details. We share them only with people who help us deliver the job you asked for — for example a subcontractor on a specific trade, or a supplier when we're confirming stock for your order — or when the law requires it (for example, Certificate of Electrical Safety lodgement with the relevant electrical safety regulator).
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as is reasonably needed to deliver the work, honour the lifetime workmanship guarantee, and meet our tax and electrical-safety record-keeping obligations. If you ask us to delete details we don't need for those reasons, we will.
Your rights
We handle personal information under the Australian Privacy Principles (Privacy Act 1988). You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@secservices.au or calling 0438 897 456. We aim to reply within two business days.
